Staff Nurse –

• उच्चतर माध्यमिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण/ हायर सेकेण्डरी, 11वीं कक्षा उर्त्तीण / हायर सेकेण्डरी (10+2) शिक्षा पद्धति में 12 वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण ।
• मान्यता प्राप्त शासकीय /अशासकीय महाविद्यालयों से जी.एन.एम. / बी.एस.सी. नर्सिंग कोर्स उत्तीर्ण।
• मध्यप्रदेश नर्सिंग कौसिंल से जीवित पंजीयन होना चाहिये।

Pharmacist –

• बॉयोलॉजी ,केमेस्ट्री तथा फिजिक्स में (10+2) शिक्षा पद्धति में 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण ।
• मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से भेषजज्ञ (फार्मासिस्ट) का डिग्री / डिप्लोमा
• मध्यप्रदेश फार्मेसी कौसिंल से मेषजज्ञ (फार्मासिस्ट) का जीवित पंजीयन होना चाहिये।
