Age Limit for Indian Air force Common Admission Test 2/2022

  • Flying Branch: 20 to 24 years as on July 01, 2023, i.e. born between July 02, 1999 and July 01, 2003 (including both dates). The upper age limit can be relaxed up to 26 years for candidates holding a valid and current Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India), ie born between 02 Jan 1997 and 01 Jan 2003 (both dates included).
  • Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical) Branches: 20 to 26 years as on 01 July 2023 i.e. born between 02 July 1997 to 01 July 2003 (both dates included)

Examination Fee for Indian Air force Common Admission Test 2/2022

  • Online tests will be conducted at various centers for AFCAT entry. Applicants registering for AFCAT entry will have to pay an amount of Rs. 250/- (non-refundable) exam fee.
  • However, candidates who register for the KKK Special Entry and Meteorology Entry do not need to make any payments. Information about the method of conducting the exam, exam centers and payment methods is included in the announcement.

How to Pay Exam Fee for Indian Air force Common Admission Test 2/2022

  • The Application Fee can be paid by challan online or from the ‘Make Payment’ step in the main menu of the online application. The exam fee can also be transferred from any HDFC or Axis Bank branch via challan payment.

How to Apply for Indian Air force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2/2022

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please click “CANDIDATORY ENTRY” on the IAF’s career website www.careerairforce.nic.in and follow the instructions. It is recommended that you note down the Registration number for future correspondence. When filling out the online application, it is recommended to have the relevant documents ready, as the details will be filled in accordance with the matriculation and other training certificates. Please save your latest color passport photo (10 to 50 KB) on the computer to upload with your Online application form.
