हरियाणा मे कच्चे कर्मचारियों (DC रेट) की भर्ती जो अभी तक ठेकेदार के माध्यम से होती थी वो अब हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के द्वारा की जाएगी। सरकार के इस कदम से नौकरियों मे ठेकेदारी प्रथा खत्म हो जाएगी व भ्रष्टाचार मे भी कमी आएगी।
